Reviews are one of the best ways to build trust and help travelers make confident booking decisions. Our new Reviews feature lets both guests and hosts share feedback in a simple, transparent, and community-driven way.

🧳 For Guests
When You Can Leave a Review
Guests will receive an email on their check-out day inviting them to review their stay. To leave a review, simply sign into your Dtravel account using the same email you used to make your booking.
How It Works
Start with a simple question: “Would you recommend your stay?”
You’ll answer Yes or No.If you recommend your stay:
You’ll be asked to select up to three highlights about your experience:Cleanliness
Listing accuracy
Host interactions
Check-in
Location
Value
Comfort
Other (free text)
If you don’t recommend your stay:
You’ll be asked to share up to three areas for improvement from the same list above.Public and Private Feedback:
Your public review appears on the listing page for other travelers to see.
Your private feedback is shared directly with the host to help them improve future stays.
🏡 For Hosts
After a Guest Leaves a Review
You’ll receive an email notification once a guest posts a review.
The review will automatically appear on your listing’s public page.
You’ll also be able to:
Flag a review if it violates our community guidelines.
Publicly respond to a review to thank guests or provide context.
Tips for Hosts
Responding to reviews (even the critical ones) shows professionalism and care.
Positive reviews improve your visibility and guest trust.
Consistent cleanliness, communication, and transparency are the top factors in earning great feedback.
