Monthly Pricing
Monthly Pricing allows Dtravel hosts to offer flexible payment options for guests booking stays of 32 nights or longer. Instead of requiring full payment upfront, the total cost will be split into multiple periods, making long-term stays more accessible.

How It Works
When a guest books a stay of 32+ nights, the first payment (covering ~30 nights) is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is divided into additional payment periods based on the host’s preferred due date setting (e.g., X days before the next period starts).
Payments are automated using the guest’s original credit card.
Example Scenario
Stay Duration: 70 nights
Host’s Due Date Setting: 7 days before the next period begins
Payment Period | Nights Covered | Payment Due Date |
Period 1 | Days 1-30 | At time of booking |
Period 2 | Days 31-60 | Day 24 (31 - 7) |
Period 3 | Days 61-70 | Day 54 (61 - 7) |
What Happens if a Payment Fails?
Both you and the guest will be notified if a payment fails.
The guest will be prompted to update their payment method in their account settings.
If the guest does not complete the payment, you have the discretion to cancel the reservation based on your cancellation policy.
